  Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30th, 1990 also known as Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is an American rapper and singer. His stage name is a amalgamation of the name of his loved uncle, and the initials Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott signed his first major label contract in 2012 with Epic Records. He signed a joint recording deal with Epic Records and T.I.  T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut album, Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in the year 2013. In 2013 Scott released his debut full-length mixtape, Owl Pharaoh. The mixtape was later immediately followed by Days Before Rodeo. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo, his debut studio album, featured the hit single "Antidote". The album that followed called Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. Scott released Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) with Quavo, under the collective name Huncho Jack. In the year 2018, Astroworld was released to critical acclaim. The album produced his first Billboard Hot 100 top 100 single, "Sicko Mode" feat. Drake. Scott's album JackBoys was released in late 2019 on Cactus Jack Records. It made it to the top of the Billboard 200. Scott's track "Franchise", featuring Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, came out. Scott was the first rapper to be ranked the top spot on the Hot 100 with three songs in less than one year.
